Business Administrator

Your Responsibilities

• 1^st point of contact for external visitors
• Organize, coordinate and control business trips and related expense reports
• Ensure timely accounts receivable process (AR) and support accounting closing
• Coordinate and control order management process (service & material orders)
• Support of general facility management and internal facility activities
• General administration and update of company systems & programs
• Support of internal projects and staff events

Your Profile

• Completed administrative training (KV or Handelsschule) with similar experience in Business Administrator role
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English, German and French (additional languages are welcome)
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and empathiy
• Experienced in constructive feedback and conflict resolution
• Assertive and confident decision-maker
• Goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset
