Your Responsibilities
- 1st
     point of contact for external visitors
- Organize,      coordinate and control business trips and related expense reports 
- Ensure      timely accounts receivable process (AR) and support accounting closing 
- Coordinate      and control order management process (service & material orders)
- Support      of general facility management and internal facility activities
- General      administration and update of company systems & programs
- Support      of internal projects and staff events 
Your Profile
- Completed administrative training (KV or Handelsschule)      with similar experience in Business Administrator role
- Proficient in MS Office 
- Fluent in English, German and French      (additional languages are      welcome)
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and empathiy 
- Experienced      in constructive feedback and      conflict resolution 
- Assertive and confident decision-maker 
- Goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset
