Why This Role Matters 

As the Campus Assistant Director, you're the strategic right hand to the Campus Executive Director—a problem-solver, communicator, and compliance champion who keeps the engine of campus operations running at full throttle. 

From managing compliance and supervising departments to building staff cohesion and supporting students, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our campus a thriving, successful environment. 

 

Your Impact 

  • Operational Excellence: Keep our daily administrative functions seamless and efficient across departments. 
  • Compliance Leadership: Ensure accreditation and regulatory standards are met, with regular audits and proactive improvements. 
  • Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, and beyond to foster alignment and shared success. 
  • Strategic Partnership: Work side-by-side with the Campus Executive Director on initiatives to elevate performance and community impact. 
  • Cultural Influence: Support a collaborative, student-centered culture that prioritizes integrity, accountability, and growth. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Supervise department leaders (Financial Aid, Bursar, Career Services) and provide key support across all operational areas. 
  • Monitor team productivity and provide backup for vacancies across Financial Aid, Student Services, and Registrar functions. 
  • Track attendance, support payroll processing, and ensure timely data/report submissions. 
  • Assist in accreditation reporting, policy updates, employee grievance reviews, and staff/student issue resolution. 
  • Partner with Corporate HR, Marketing, and Compliance teams on staffing, communication, and outreach projects. 
  • Help shape a safe, positive, and inclusive environment—on-campus and online. 
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends when needed. 

 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required) 
  • 2+ years of office management or admissions experience, including at least 1 year in a proprietary school setting 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and student populations 
  • Organizational wizardry, multitasking mastery, and a strong sense of initiative 
  • Business-savvy mindset with a passion for education and student success 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • A confident communicator and calm, creative problem-solver 

Preferred Extras: 

  • Knowledge of Campus Vue 
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or social media platforms

Compensation & Benefits 

Salary Range: $75,000–$100,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications
