The primary mission of the Security and Emergency Services (SES) organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.

SES is looking for an energetic Security Representative Staff to support the F-22/F-35 Program by performing Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) duties. Specific job duties include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the special security requirements set forth in the DODM 5205.07
• Responsible for overseeing the Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP) which includes creating, reviewing for accuracy, and tracking of all Program Access Requests (PARs) submissions
• Responsible for overseeing the Customer Visits Process Program Access Requests (PARs) to include provide support for classified meetings
• Complete all Physical Security requirements for multiple secure spaces.
• Conduct indoctrination briefings and debriefings
• Establish, conduct, and document initial, event-driven, and annual refresher training for all assigned SAP-accessed individuals
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken
• Compile, analyze, and summarize security metrics for security leadership
• Build and maintain effective relationships within the corporation and externally with government customers

Basic Qualifications
Have extensive experience with and knowledge of DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, NISPOM 32 CFR, Part 117.
• Possess a Secret Security Clearance, current within the last 5 years
• Be able to obtain and maintain SAP Access
• Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape
• Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desired skills
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Prior CPSO experience
• Prior industrial security experience (DoD Special Programs preferred)
• Prior experience with Physical Security and ICD 705 Requirements
• Prior experience with conducting Investigations into Security Violations and creating reports
• Working knowledge of OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,400 - $150,650. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
