JOB PURPOSE 

The Customer Support Manager is responsible to the Sr. Manager of Product Support for the overall coordination, functional management, and leadership of PAG’s Long Beach facility Customer Support activities. Manage the Customer Support organization in order to meet the objectives of the company’s overall business plans and strategies.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Functions:

· Assisting in the establishment of both annual and monthly repair sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan 

· Assist in preparation of Annual Forecasts and Budget 

· Assist in bidding contracts and final contact negotiations 

· Assisting in developing an annual Sales Plan and providing monthly sales updates, revisions, and modifications to the Plan 

· Coordinate the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with the Customer Support Team 

· Coordinate with PAG Senior Management to establish both market and target customer strategies for the Company 

· Manage all Customer Support personnel 

· Defines and manages the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the Customer Support personnel 

· Identify, recruit, and hire Customer Support Personnel 

WORKING CONDITIONS 

Physical Demands: It requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time, frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level, occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling weight up to 20 pounds, repetitive hand movement, eye-hand coordination, and manual dexterity, and corrected vision and hearing to normal range.

Potential Hazards: Exposure to materials identified on Material Safety Data Sheets.

Education/Training: 

· Minimum 10-15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 

· Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience 

· Basic knowledge of computers and software, including the ability to use e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
