What Will You Be Doing?

We are seeking an AI Assisted Coder — a creative technologist who blends large language model (LLM) platforms with hands-on coding expertise to build intelligent, adaptive systems. The ideal candidate has experience developing websites, middle-tiers, algorithms, predictive analytics engines, and AI-powered applications, and thrives in environments where human intuition meets autonomous agentic coding. This role is about pushing boundaries: using LLMs not just as tools, but as collaborators in generating, refining, and deploying production-ready code.

Essential Functions

    • Leverage LLM platforms and agentic bots to generate, optimize, and validate code across diverse domains.
    • Design and implement AI-driven and augmentation systems for decision support, predictive analytics, and real-time automation.
    • Develop trading algorithms with advanced risk controls, order flow analysis, and dynamic market detection.
    • Integrate statistical models and simulations into forecasting engines.
    • Document and communicate technical workflows through structured project documentation.
    • Conduct performance reviews and scenario testing to ensure reliability, scalability, and risk management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
    • Experiment with prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies to maximize LLM efficiency and accuracy.

    Other Functions

    • Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar).
    • Strong programming background in C++, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and data-driven frameworks.
    • Proven track record in real-time execution logic.
    • Knowledge in predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
    • Ability to design and implement risk management frameworks in automated systems.
    • Excellent communication skills with a knack for explaining complex AI workflows.

    Qualifications

    • Experience building agentic AI systems that autonomously generate and refine code.
    • Contributions to open-source AI projects or research in LLM-driven development.
    • Proficiency in integrating AI-powered tools like ChatGPT into web applications, ensuring seamless user interaction and secure API communication.
    • Experience developing thick client applications with AI-assisted features, including offline capabilities and optimized performance for complex workflows.
    • Hands-on expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI models to deliver context-aware responses tailored to business requirements.
    • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      • Knowledge of data pipelines and distributed systems.
      • Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and the ability to build scalable backend services that leverage AI models for data processing and decision-making.
      • Knowledge of compliance, ethical AI practices, and data privacy standards when implementing AI-driven solutions across multiple platforms.
