DRS RADA Technologies, a leading defence company, is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead all HR activities at its Beit She’an manufacturing site.
This is a key, hands-on leadership role responsible for partnering with site management and collaborating across HR functions to drive effective people strategies that support business performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations at the site, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.
- Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, performance, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with HR functions in Talent Acquisition, OD, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience to deliver integrated solutions.
- Plan and manage site-level compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews and rewards programs.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen inclusion, engagement, and retention.
- Support change management and continuous improvement efforts across the site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree – an advantage.
- 5+ years of HR management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Broad understanding of all HR domains, including compensation and benefits planning.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Strategic mindset with practical, hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
