Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Facilities Multi Services Manager (Level K) (2nd Shift) to join our MOS&L Group Coordinator team in Everett, WA. This position is for 2nd shift.  2nd shift (typically 2:00pm -10:30pm), Monday through Friday for this role.

2nd shift (typically 2:00pm -10:30pm), Monday through Friday for this role. You may be required to work off shift, weekends and holidays in support of the facilities work statement as needed. You must participate in weekend duty rotation, approximately one (1) in every 6 weeks. 

This 100% onsite position will lead a team within facilities and maintenance, contracted services, and/or regional services activities. You will lead and manage factory service employees providing critical custodial services to our Boeing programs and products.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employee activities within the occupation including planning, analysis, project administration, engineering.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
  • 3+ years of experience in in a manufacturing and/or operations environment
  • Willing to work 2nd shift as required for the position
  • 1+ years of experience in fall protection, confined space, hazardous energy, crane safety and incident investigations
  • 1+ years of experience in using excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Associates degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience teaching, mentoring, and coaching others
  • 1+ years of experience in custodial/janitorial background
  • 1+ years of experience leading in a union environment
  • 1+ years of experience managing team workloads (preventative, planned, and reactive service requests & activities)
  • 1+ years of experience with safety regulations and quality standards
  • 1+ years of experience as a Self-starter; ability to demonstrate competencies in conflict resolution, collaboration, process improvement, people development
  • Adaptability, change management, ability to shift priorities quickly
  • 1+ years of experience in conflict resolution and/or mediation
