Your mission
As the Finance Director with HR Expertise, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s financial health and fostering a thriving workplace culture. This unique position combines financial leadership with human resources management, ensuring that our financial strategies are seamlessly aligned with workforce planning and development. You will be instrumental in shaping both our financial future and our employee experience.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Leadership:
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Human Resources Management:
  • Lead HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our company values.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Strategic Integration:
  • Integrate financial and HR strategies to optimize resource allocation and workforce planning.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on financial and HR matters.
Your profile
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile leader who excels in both finance and human resources. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of expertise, strategic vision, and interpersonal skills, including:

Financial Expertise:
  • Deep experience in FP&A and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and compliance in a growth-focused environment.
Accounting Proficiency:
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience in managing month-end/year-end closing processes and maintaining internal controls.
HR Leadership:
  • A strong background in HR management, with skills in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
Strategic Mindset:
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • A master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • A degree or certification in human resources management is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within both finance and HR, ideally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
