The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager of Vertical Lift (Level K) to oversee the division’s strategic and long-rang business planning, financial forecasting, integrated financial analyses and executive reporting located in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania or Mesa, Arizona. This position will be supporting both the Mesa and Philadelphia sites and will require travel to both and offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Position Responsibilities:
Managing employees performing integrated financial statement forecasts and financial analyses for division and programs (includes Chinook, Apache, V-22, and MH-139).
Coordinating across Boeing business units/segments and program/divisional financials to develop fully integrated Vertical Lift financial view.
Role serves as key partner with Investor Relations and Accounting, including performing analysis of integrated financial statement results and projections, financial forecast-related messaging and other ad hoc analysis in support of Boeing’s quarterly earnings release and quarterly/annual SEC filings.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with key customers (including division and program CFOs), stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports (including managing, developing and motivating employees).
Serves as critical partner with BDS Director and Senior Manager of FP&A to oversee people, processes, and tools to drive business results and achieve functional goals and objectives.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
Experience leading a team either formally or informally
Willing and able to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a role with or supporting BDS and/or Government Operation and/or Boeing International
Experience working with large cross-functional teams and interfacing and presenting to senior management
Experience streamlining processes/tools and developing talent

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Ridley Park, PA: $114,750 - $155,250
Summary pay range Mesa, AZ: $107,100 - $144,900
