The Flight Training Records Manager shall lead and oversee the global flight training records management function, ensuring consistency, integrity, and compliance across multiple international training campuses. This position will be located in Miami, FL.

The Manager is accountable for the management, standardization, and continuous improvement of flight training records processes across Boeing’s key global training campuses. This role ensures the accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely maintenance of flight training documentation. The Manager will lead local records teams, implement standardized processes, and support Boeing’s global flight training operations by maintaining robust and compliant records management systems. Additionally, the Manager will design and integrate workflows in close collaboration with Boeing Global Services (BGS), Boeing Training & Evaluation (BT&E) Quality, and BT&E Regulatory Affairs to ensure alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Manager reports directly to the Director of Global Flight Training.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate flight training records management activities at Miami (MIA), London Gatwick (LGW), Singapore (SIN), Shanghai (SHA), and Incheon (ICN) campuses.

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, performance management, and development of local flight training records teams at each campus

  • Ensure all flight training records comply with applicable regulatory requirements, Boeing policies, and industry standards

  • Maintain, review, and continuously improve standardized processes and work instructions related to flight training records management globally

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current flight training records management practices to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop, document, and implement compliant processes and work instructions to standardize flight training records management across all locations

  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure effective adoption and compliance with new or revised processes

  • Collaborate with local training teams to ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date flight training records

  • Design and integrate workflows in partnership with BGS, BT&E Quality, and BT&E Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless coordination, compliance, and quality assurance across flight training records management

  • Monitor, audit, and report on the status and integrity of flight training records, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies or non-compliance issues

  • Provide expert guidance, support, and oversight to local records management staff to ensure adherence to standards and policies

  • Provide regular, detailed reports and insights to the Director of Global Flight Training and BGS regarding records management status, risks, and improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in flight training records management or a closely related aviation training function

  • Proven leadership skills, including team management, training, and performance oversight.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Experience in process assessment, development, implementation, and continuous improvement

  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training materials and programs

  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements governing flight training documentation and records management

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and data integrity

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple international locations and cultures.

  • Experience collaborating with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to design integrated workflows is highly desirable.
