3 days a week in the office, 2 can be worked remotely
Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on relevant experience

About the Role
As part of our continued and ambitious growth journey, we’re excited to welcome an experienced HR Business Partner to the People Team at Callen Lenz. You’ll work closely with our Head of People and wider HR team to support the development of a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce. This role goes beyond policies, it's about helping shape a people strategy that drives business success, empowers individuals, and supports long-term career growth across the company. In this varied and impactful role, you'll partner with leaders and teams to support the full employee lifecycle, from organisational planning and talent development to performance enablement and employee engagement. You'll contribute to shaping our culture, evolving our people practices, and ensuring we're building an inclusive environment where all employees can grow and succeed. This includes supporting the development of clear career pathways, championing employee experience, and ensuring our HR approach scales effectively with the business. You'll also play a key role in maintaining compliance with employment law while keeping our people-first ethos.

A minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification is required for this role.
A valid driving licence is also essential, as our office location is not easily accessible by public transport.
