The Boeing Company is seeking a Labor Relations Communications Manager who will lead a team that develops and implements strategic communication plans in support of the Labor Relations team in Seattle, WA. This role involves supporting our businesses and collaborating across functions to create compelling materials that support positive employee relations, union negotiations and contracts, and labor law. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the capability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads a team responsible for supporting the company’s Labor Relations team and its initiatives to support the company’s global workforce

• Develops and implements ongoing, continuous plans for positive employee relations to showcase employee feedback in action and Boeing’s commitment to being an employer of choice

• Develops and implements plans in support of union contract negotiations to ensure represented employees are educated and informed on pay, benefits and other contract highlights

• Collaborates with internal communications teams, including Human Resources, compensation and benefits, business unit, program and site communications to develop and implement cross-channel strategies

• Partners with communicators from Media Relations, Government Operations and Investor Relations to ensure the company’s position is accurately reflected externally

• Analyzes performance metrics and gathers feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies and optimize communication effectiveness

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences

• 3+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience supporting communications for corporate Human Resources or Labor Relations

• 3+ years of experience supporting communications for aerospace or aviation

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $113,900 - $154,100
