Description

This leadership role oversees a specialized team, managing performance and adapting to operational challenges while adhering to established policies and strategic plans. 

            Translates the business requirements into the learning solutions commensurate with performance, regulatory, and collective bargaining agreement requirements 

            Executes processes to ensure training programs are timely, of high quality and within budget

            Manages shared training service resources, distribution of materials, facility and equipment, enrollment and training tracking 

            Drive implementation and adoption of learning technologies with users 

            Collaborates with learning technology leaders to ensure accurate tracking of courses in Learning Management System

            Ensures test administration and use of test results conform to company policies and legal requirements. 

            Diagnoses required competencies and assesses current capabilities for curriculum development

            Partner with leaders to prioritize curricula design and development, testing and evaluation 

            Acts as a resource to the hub to execute timely, high-quality training programs and escalate issues to a system level for resolution. 

What you’ll need (minimum requirements):

            Minimum of 4 + years of relevant experience in Airport Operations/Training
