Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager ​(Level K) to join our team located in San Antonio, Texas. 

You will manage a group of employees engaged in various manufacturing disciplines, ensuring efficient operations and high quality production. If you are passionate about fostering a collaborative work environment and driving continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities:   

• Manages and leads employees performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines

• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies

• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships/partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Manages, develops, coaches, and motivates team members

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

• Ability to optimize organizational structure and operating rhythm to meet strategic goals

• Willingness and ability to work any shift based on business needs

• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and Incident & Injury Free principles

• Bachelor’s degree or higher  

• 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives

• 3+ years of experience leading initiatives/projects to meet business objectives

• Experience influencing positive change

• Experience working with/leading contracted service providers

Summary pay range: $102,600 - $125,400
