This is a multi-function Engineering Organization with a mission statement to provide Interiors engineering solutions via a highly skilled, flexible workforce and cutting-edge technologies for the advancement of the Boeing Enterprise. The candidate will lead a team with a principal goal of executing flawlessly in supporting BDS’s Interiors & Payloads capability development. This includes supporting programs from proposal stage through design maturity with a focus on driving improved productivity, developing innovative solutions, lowering cost, increasing quality, and developing our employees.
