The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Information Technology Business Partner to join the team in Everett, WA.    

As a member of our Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Information Technology (IT) Business Partner team, you will represent the entire Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization while integrating IT disciplines, products, and services to enable BCA success.

You will work onsite at the Everett Factory alongside our production teams building and delivering airplanes serving as the IT liaison responsible for understanding business priorities and developing strategies to ensure business objectives are met.  If you are looking for a challenge, have a passion for technology and are excited by the opportunity to support our BCA production teams, then this opportunity is for you!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a production first mindset, ensuring holistic IDT&S support to enable BCA Programs to deliver safe quality airplanes, on time to our customers 

  • Collaborates directly with our BCA production program counterparts at all levels to understand problems or initiatives and represent the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explore alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality

  • Partners with IDT&S product leaders, BCA functions and BCA Business Partners to ensure continuous alignment with enterprise and business unit priorities

  • Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function

  • Identifies potential risks and issues

  • Develops mitigation strategies to address them

  • Demonstrates the Boeing Values and Behaviors to strengthen organizational culture and remove roadblocks

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience within information technology

  • 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience interacting with mechanics and functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, etc.

  • Experience working on complex projects with large teams to execute requirements that include Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality

  • Experience with Project and Product Management

  • Experience with putting key initiatives into operation that have produced significant productivity and efficiency gains for an organization or program

Summary pay range: $102,000 – $138,000
