Job Summary
Cirrus Aircraft has established a network of independent flight training partnerships consisting of Cirrus Training Centers (CTC) and Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilots (CSIP). The purpose of the Cirrus flight training network is twofold. First and foremost, the flight training network drives safety results-- by providing standardized training, using teaching tools and techniques developed by Cirrus, to ensure Cirrus owners and pilots around the world have access to the highest quality and standardized instruction. Secondly, the flight training network works plays a key role in growing our industry by enabling people to achieve their flight training and aircraft ownership aspirations.
The primary objective of the Regional Training Manager (RTM) is to enable our training partners to provide a world class flight training experience that improves flight safety and grows the aviation industry. To do this, the RTM will manage and support their assigned training partner accounts to achieve great training, customer experience and business results. Additionally, he/she will work hand in hand with the sales team to develop the partner network in targeted underserved markets. This role requires the RTM to be an effective leader, industry expert, passionate aviator, great communicator, and outstanding teammate.
Applicants seeking this position must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to a major metropolitan area to enable frequent and efficient travel. Acceptable areas could include but not limited to metro areas such as Los Angeles, Orlando, Phoenix, San Diego, San Francisco, Tampa, or Cirrus locations in AZ, FL, MN, TN, or TX.

Other Duties
Other responsibilities include acting as pilot in command of Cirrus aircraft while performing CFR 14 part 91 corporate flight operations, demonstration flights, ferry flights, internal flight training and evaluation flights.
