You will be the Control Account Manager for the THAAD Program Management Office (PMO) team. Our team is responsible for managing post-production control accounts, ensuring technical, cost, and schedule performance, and driving program success.
What You Will Be Doing As the Control Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and analyzing control account performance, working closely with Work Package Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure contract commitments are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing control account technical, cost, and schedule performance
• Coordinating with Work Package Managers and Finance to update control account information
• Analyzing performance data, including hours, dollars, material, and Other Direct Charges (ODC)
• Reviewing and approving documents and commitments involving control accounts
• Supporting program operations, including proposal activities and internal audits

Basic Qualifications• Must be Control Account Manager (CAM) certified or be able to pass certification test within 90 days
• Experience applying Control Account Management (CAM) / Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
• Demonstrated excellence at written and oral communication and ability to work across multiple business areas and locations
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers (internal and external)
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired skills• Familiarity with Tableau
• Proven resource management – people, material, and time
• Project management skillsets, including but not limited to: leadership, effective communication, planning/organization, risk management, and financial acumen

Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
