Position Summary:

This role supports the Program Management Office, Manufacturing, and Engineering with excellent project management skills. This role tackles cross-departmental challenges and processes, working with many stakeholders internally and externally. Project Managers keep internal or external customers informed on progress and quickly address or escalate roadblocks for resolution.


Key Results Areas:

· Coordinate team members to keep tasks flowing as planned.

· Support Sales with feedback on project performance to improve future planning.

· Select and utilize appropriate project management tools.

· Maintain great relationships with internal and external customers and provide ongoing periodic project updates.

· Compile, organize, and check data.

· Project manage improvements and initiatives.

· Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.

· Provide concise meeting minutes and next actions.

· Track, forecast, and model schedule, scope, and budget for assigned projects.

· Uphold a positive, constructive culture using BN’s core values.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Program Management or others as delegated.


Requirements

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, an individual must possess the knowledge, training, experience and abilities required.

Education and Training

· High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject preferred. PMP or formal project management training preferred.


Experience:

· 4+ years of experience in project management and participating on project teams; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Experience managing projects in a high compliance manufacturing environment, such as medical, aerospace, space, defense, or similar preferred.

Other:

· Must be willing to work overtime as required.

· Travel infrequently up to 10% of working time.


Skills:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

· Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships.

· Good communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.

· Reliable attention to detail, even under deadline pressure.

· Experience using Microsoft 365 products, such as Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Experience with project management systems and tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000. This range represent the anticipated minimum and maximum base + bonus for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicant’s qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and therefore, may fall outside the range shown, depending on the circumstances.
