The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Information Technology Business Partner to join the team in Hazelwood, MO or Berkeley, MO.  

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with program engineers, senior leadership, and Information Technology (IT) Infrastructures teams to develop and implement IT solutions helping to meet their organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and acts as an internal consultant for liaison activities at a strategic/enterprise level between the business or function and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure the most complex of business objectives are met

  • Leads the education of the Business’ senior leadership on IT service offerings

  • Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT at the highest levels to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality

  • Directs the development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders

  • Oversees the identification of risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function senior leadership to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments

  • Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function

  • Accounts for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working in the Information Technology (IT) field

  • 5+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against to ensure high quality delivery

  • 5+ years of experience in project management to track implementations

  • 5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership

  • 5+ years of experience with giving presentations and public speaking

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Summary pay range: $135,150 - $182,850
