The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager – Cash Management (Level L) to join our Global Accounts Receivable team located in Renton, Washington or Hazelwood, Missouri. This role will be responsible for leading a team who manage Boeing Global Services (BGS) customer accounts, overseeing the collections process, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Account Manager team, ensuring effective collection strategies and processes are in place to optimize cash flow.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for accounts receivable and collections to enhance efficiency and compliance.

  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Develop strategies and escalation plans to help achieve overall aged reduction target.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and the Program, to resolve customer disputes and ensure timely payment.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate collections and address any payment issues.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on collections performance, cash flow forecasts, and key metrics to senior BGS leadership including the CFO and Controller.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in collections and accounts receivable management.

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the collections function.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or finance

  • 3+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead experience accepted)

  • Strong understanding of collections processes, credit management, and accounts receivable best practices.

  • Proven track record of improving collections performance and fostering relationships with customers.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to collections and accounts receivable.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with accounts receivable management systems is a plus.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Renton, WA: $141,950 - $192,050

Summary pay range for Hazelwood, MO: $132,600 - $179,400
