Adapts the HR strategy according to business needs plus incorporating the impact of current market dynamics and future industry trends
Prepare and follow up social relations topics with the Delegation
In charge of the People newsletter for the staff
Prepare HR Communications
Adapt the HR Sharepoint pages in order to guide the staff and the business on HR topics
Provides broad expertise of HR work and the HR service portfolio to trigger measures to keep it up to date and aligned with HR and business strategy
Keeps abreast of the latest trends and developments in HR concepts, tools, techniques, technologies and innovative solutions to provide insights that enhance the value of HR to the organization
Provides strategic guidance to the HR function based on key business performance metrics, HR key performance indicators, and industry benchmarking data
Oversees change management in HR and HR projects and clearly communicating the desired behaviors and cultural characteristics aspired
Essential Requirements For The Position:
Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or similar
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR consultant or similar
Excellent computer skills and experience with HCM, Payroll, and HR management software
Full understanding of HR policies, and procedures
Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge in the field of digitalization, user experience and agile work is considered as an asset
Excellent communication, writing and creative thinking skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to work individually but also as part of a diverse team.
Language skills: Fluent English spoken and written, any other languages are considered as an advantage
Excellent PC skills: MS Office products (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
