What You Will Do

  • Own the Product Journey: Lead product delivery across the full life cycle—concept, validation, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Engineer for Impact: Embed design-for-manufacturing principles that optimize cost, quality, and scalability.
  • Champion Process Excellence: Develop and standardize processes that meet IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and ISO 9001 expectations while driving Lean improvements in efficiency and yield.
  • Lead Launch Success: Manage cross-functional teams through complex product introductions, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
  • Build for the Future: Partner with automation and plant teams to introduce new technologies that elevate performance and sustainability.
  • Elevate Quality: Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and readiness for audits and customer reviews.
  • Lead with GRIT: Model and inspire our core values—Grow, Respect, Innovate, and Tenacity—in every interaction and decision.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing preferred); Master’s degree a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in engineering, product development, or program management within automotive or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs using APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and process validation.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with VDA 6.3, supplier quality systems, and OEM/Tier 1 customer programs.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills—you thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to lead through ambiguity, always keeping the customer and team aligned.
