What You Will Do
- Own the Product Journey: Lead product delivery across the full life cycle—concept, validation, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Engineer for Impact: Embed design-for-manufacturing principles that optimize cost, quality, and scalability.
- Champion Process Excellence: Develop and standardize processes that meet IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and ISO 9001 expectations while driving Lean improvements in efficiency and yield.
- Lead Launch Success: Manage cross-functional teams through complex product introductions, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
- Build for the Future: Partner with automation and plant teams to introduce new technologies that elevate performance and sustainability.
- Elevate Quality: Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and readiness for audits and customer reviews.

What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing preferred); Master’s degree a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in engineering, product development, or program management within automotive or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience managing complex programs using APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and process validation.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with VDA 6.3, supplier quality systems, and OEM/Tier 1 customer programs.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills—you thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to lead through ambiguity, always keeping the customer and team aligned.
