2+ years of demonstrable experience including Employee Relations, Accommodations, Leave of Absence and/or Case Management experience in the disability/worker’s compensation/FMLA counseling area.
Skills:
The Leave Specialist position uses subject matter knowledge to ensure quality of all absence management processes. This position requires collaboration with both internal and external customers which includes Supervisors/Managers in the field, Third Party vendors, Payroll, WC, and Medical Providers. This position will also require working in several different scheduling systems, requires a high level of customer service, written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced call center environment.
