The Leave Specialist position uses subject matter knowledge to ensure quality of all absence management processes. This position requires collaboration with both internal and external customers which includes Supervisors/Managers in the field, Third Party vendors, Payroll, WC, and Medical Providers. This position will also require working in several different scheduling systems, requires a high level of customer service, written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced call center environment.

  •        Policies and Procedures\: Contribute research and data to improve policies and programs.
  • Centralized Customer Support\: Provide accurate and timely communication regarding policies and programs.
  • Tool Navigation and Efficiency\: Focus on reporting and quality control of tools.
  • Compliance\: Investigate and report program violations.
  • Vendor Management\: Address escalated issues and propose improvements.
