- Support the development of an Industry Capability strategy for the Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance enterprise to meet project goals
- Lead the negotiation of contracts for design, development and qualification of Australian Industry products and materials
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to develop statement(s) of requirements for industry work packages
- Lead the full subcontract lifecycle, including make or buy decisions, requirements development, requests for proposals, subcontract negotiation and award and subcontract management
- Support the development of business cases for the investment in industry capability development
- Develop sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution
- Support the development of the supply chain aspects of the integrated program schedule and cost baseline
- Manage strategic supplier relationships

- Significant experience across relevant disciplines, such as, procurement, supply chain, contracting and industry capability development
- Professional experience working within a Defence or complex project environment
- A background in, or sound knowledge of, Defence capability development processes and Defence acquisition practices (Desirable)
