WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and partnerships with colleges and trade schools.
  • Travel required up to 10–40% for local and long-distance career and recruiting events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to expand candidate reach.
  • Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies to remain competitive in the talent market.
  • Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance recruiting policies, procedures, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for hiring activities and assist with employment-related budgeting.
  • Deliver presentations and training on interviewing and onboarding practices.
  • Participate in recruiting events and career fairs (local and long-distance travel required).

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in recruitment or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of staffing processes and U.S. employment law impacting recruitment.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills in spreadsheets or databases.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and HRIS platforms.
  • Proven ability to source candidates via social media, job boards, and campus partnerships.
  • High-volume recruiting experience managing multiple requisitions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Airline industry experience is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 30 lbs).
  • May involve long periods of sitting.
  • Computer work in a typical office environment, subject to critical deadlines.
  • Frequent repetitive motion such as typing.
  • Must be able to work extra hours when necessary.
  • Travel required up to 10–40% for local and long-distance career and recruiting events.
  • Schedule is generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with exceptions during travel.

USD $55,000.00/Yr.
