About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Director of Account Management in the US, The US Account Director will be instrumental in retaining, developing and growing relationships and business with our strategic customers in the Americas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenue within an existing portfolio of customer accounts through adding new products and upselling services, as well as driving revenue retention from these customers. The role will come with targets for 1) Growing Annual Recurring Revenue and 2) Revenue Retention.

With responsibility for account strategy, relationships and revenue, we are seeking a US Account Director to build effective senior relationships at our customers, represent our customer's business priorities and liaise with all departments of Comply365 to ensure optimum Customer Satisfaction and growth.

This is an exciting role that offers the experience of working with global airlines in the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own ARR growth and retention targets for Portfolio of Customers.
  • Proactively generate opportunities within Accounts through targeted Lead Generation.
  • Set and Agree Strategic Priorities and Account Goals for clients.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor and understand the strategy and priorities of clients.
  • Personally own and be accountable for a Portfolio of clients in the US.
  • Lead Sales Pursuits with Customers, including internal co-ordination and RFP responses.
  • Own the Business Development and Financial Performance of these clients.
  • Own the Contract Renewal process for these Customers including negotiating contracts.
  • Drive new business growth through greater Customer Advocacy and reference-ability.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of risk of Client Revenue (ARR) and Customer Satisfaction
  • Relationship Mapping: Maintain senior level relationships across all functions of clients.
  • Internal stakeholder management within C365 teams to achieve customer goals.
  • Domestic and some International Travel to maintain customer and internal relationships.
  • Work closely with operational and product teams to help co-ordinate solutions.
  • Capture, Review and improve on client interaction through setting KPI's and account reviews.
  • Act as a point of escalation for the Customer for issues or feedback.

Skills and Experience

  • 5 years Experience in Complex, B2B SaaS Account Management.
  • Previous Experience working in the Aviation industry is preferred.
  • Experience with Account Mgt Principles: Key Acct Mgt, Acct Planning, Relationship Mapping.
  • Experience of leading Sales Processes including a grasp of Sales Methodologies eg. MEDDIC.
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen, supported by analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented, driven, able to prioritise efficiently and take initiative.
  • Ability to build an excellent working relationship with all stakeholders, including Comply365 Management and Operational teams.
  • At ease working in a fast-paced international environment with different cultures.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours to meet deadlines (when applicable).
  • Strong empathy for customer challenges and a passion for travel and technology.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate technological solutions.
  • Educated to a diploma/degree level.
