This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
As the BGS Affordability Manager, you will be responsible for providing forecasts, financial analysis, and reporting to the BGS Leadership Team.

Position Responsibilities:
Establishes and leads recurring affordability battle rhythm
Prepares executive level reporting on affordability financial metrics
Leads BGS Cost to Serve, headcount, and discretionary expenses tied to support BGS affordability and enable BGS meeting Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) commitments
Supports segment tariff analysis and mitigation
Supports segment working capital optimization
Provides strategy and structure surrounding accounting business unit rate (ABU) management and partners with the Rates & Overhead organization
Provides financial products and services, and acts as a business advisor and partner in a diverse business
Develops forecasts and budgets to support monthly performance reporting primarily focused on affordability items including BGS cost to serve, headcount, and discretionary spending
Partners with businesses and functions in tracking current BGS cost initiatives and capturing opportunities for leadership reporting
Makes recommendations for business unit financial and performance improvements
Creates a culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction
Establishes partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, peers and employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
1+ year of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
1+ year of experience developing and analyzing estimates at complete, long range business plans and forecasting
1+ of year experience leading projects or teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience developing relationships with business partners
Experience developing and implementing affordability strategies
