Position Overview
The Branch Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient completion of daily tasks and effective use of company resources to meet organizational goals. In partnership with the Regional Manager, the Branch Supervisor may lead or assist with hiring, scheduling, training, performance feedback, and employee relations, while actively motivating and guiding the team to achieve success. Additionally, the Branch Supervisor will provide product expertise and technical support to deliver a positive customer experience and maintain strong business relationships.

Primary Responsibilities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of supervisory experience, preferably as a Branch Lead or in a similar role, along with proven leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate a team. Given this branch's high walk-in customer traffic, paint knowledge and counter sales experience are essential to deliver excellent service and support daily operations. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree, vocational training in supervision, or relevant paint certifications strongly preferred. Candidates must also demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, maintain confidentiality, and take pride in their work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected. This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working around paint products and fumes, requiring continuous attention to detail and a commitment to a safe, customer-focused environment.
